How Many Photos for a 3 Hour Wedding?
For a three-hour wedding, many photographers deliver about 150–300 edited images after they pull out blinks and near-duplicates. That is roughly 50–100 keepers per hour when the timeline is dense: ceremony, family formals, couple portraits.
If those three hours are mostly waiting around, the count drops. If it is vows plus a packed family list plus a small gathering, it climbs.

It usually does not cover two getting-ready rooms, a first look across town, and a full reception. That is a six- or eight-hour day.

Most studios cull. They shoot more than they send. That is a style choice.
