1. What areas do you serve?

 

We’re based in the Los Angeles area (Arcadia/Pasadena) and cover all of Southern California, including Orange County, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Diego, and beyond.

 

On full-day packages, we charge no travel fees anywhere in the continental US (Hawaii to New York included). For international or farther destinations, we can discuss custom arrangements—just ask!

 

2. What’s included in your packages?

 

All packages include: Professional photography (or videography) coverage

All images/videos fully edited

Online gallery for viewing and downloading (1-2 years depending on package)

Full-resolution files with print rights and no watermarks

Quick turnaround: Photos in 10 days or less (5 days or less on plus packages); video in 2 months

3. Do you offer second shooters or assistants?

Yes! Adding a second photographer (or videographer) is easy and recommended for fuller coverage. It’s included in our top packages or available as an add-on ($800 for 6-8 hours). This captures more angles, candid moments, and details without missing anything.

 

4. Can you customize packages for my event?

 

Absolutely—every wedding or event is unique! We’re happy to tailor coverage for elopements, intimate ceremonies, large receptions, multi-day events, destination weddings, or non-traditional setups. Use our pricing calculator for a quick estimate, then message us for a custom quote. No hidden fees—we only charge for what you need.

 

5. How far in advance should I book?

 

Prime dates (May–October Saturdays, especially fall 2026) book quickly—many fill 12–18 months out. We’re currently booking mid 2027 dates, with some October 2026 Saturdays still available. Contact us ASAP to check your date and secure it!

 

6. What’s your photography style?

We specialize in timeless, candid, photojournalistic photography—capturing real emotions, natural moments, and joyful energy without stiff posing. We keep things relaxed and fun while ensuring we get all the key shots (portraits, details, group photos). Check our galleries for examples from real couples' weddings.

7. Do you provide videography too?

 

Yes! We offer standalone videography packages ($1,495–$1,995) with drone coverage, multi-camera setups for ceremonies/speeches, highlight reels (4–7 minutes), and RAW footage/audio included. We can bundle photo + video for seamless coordination.

 

8. How do I get sneak peeks or final delivery?

 

We deliver sneak peeks (a handful of standout shots) often the same night or next day. Full edited galleries arrive via private online link—downloadable, shareable, and print-ready.

 

9. What if my event is smaller or shorter?

 

Our half-day packages are perfect for elopements, micro-weddings, ceremonies only, or shorter events. We’re flexible—let’s chat about your timeline and guest count.

 

10. How do payments and contracts work?

 

We require a deposit to hold your date (typically 25–50%, depending on package). The balance is due closer to the event. We provide a clear contract outlining everything—no surprises. We accept major payments methods (ask for details).

 

11. What happens if something comes up (e.g., illness)?

 

We have backup plans and trusted second shooters/associates ready. In 23+ years, we’ve never missed a wedding.
