What is the parking like at the Descando Gardens?
There is ample parking and it is free too!
Is there a getting ready room there?
No, you cannot change your clothes during the session. It is their policy, not ours.
How far in advance should we book?
As of the last time we checked a week or two is normal. Keep in mind the location requires permit fees. Read our most recent blog on this location.
Can I get married here?
Yes you can, please contact them for details as it has now been over 3 years since capturing a wedding there and we cannot wait to get back there soon.
When should we do our ceremony there?
Always plan your outdoor ceremony at least an hour before sunset - This venue is only available for weddings from mid March to September. The hours for weddings at the gardens is 5 - 10pm. You can host your reception there as well, but you only have a total of 5 hours. Consider the Thursday Club as an option that will allow you more time to celebrate and year round events.
