“We want it to feel like a movie, but still actually be us.”

Burbank weddings often have a different energy. There’s a media-town pulse mixed with strong family traditions. Many of the celebrations we photograph here are full of people — parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who’ve flown in from everywhere.

Our approach stays the same: we give you just enough direction so you feel comfortable, then we step back and capture what’s actually happening. The laughs, the tears, the big group hugs, the dancing, the quiet moments between parents and their kids.

Especially for Armenian families, that balance matters. Big families deserve a photographer who doesn’t get overwhelmed by the numbers and who understands how important those multi-generational moments are. We can also support your event with 2 or more photographers when needed so every single detail is capgtured.
What It Actually Feels Like
Think of it less like posing… and more like I’m quietly directing your wedding like a film in the background.
You’ll move, laugh, celebrate — and I’ll catch the in-between moments that actually tell the story.
Burbank sits right in the middle of everything — close to Glendale, Pasadena, and the rest of the San Fernando Valley. The venues here range from classic banquet halls to more modern spaces with a cinematic bold feel.

We’ve been photographing in and around Burbank for a long time. Tom actually worked in Burbank years ago and three of his four children were born at St. Joseph’s Hospital here. The area has always felt like home.

That local knowledge helps on wedding days. We know how the light moves through popular reception spaces, how to keep large family formals moving without stress, and how to stay present during the emotional parts of the day — whether that’s the ceremony, the parent dances, or the late-night dancing that goes on for hours... and hours.

FAQ
What if we’re awkward in photos?
Perfect — that’s most of our couples. We guide you just enough so it feels natural, not forced. We recommend an engagement session too. It really helps with the jitters on the wedding day.
Do you help with posing?
Yes — but in a relaxed way. Nothing stiff or overly staged. Just being yourselves and keeping it fun.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 6–12 months out, but it never hurts to check your date as soon as you book it.
Do you offer video as well?
Yes — We offer both photography and videography so everything stays consistent and easy.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Turnaround is typically fast compared to most photographers, always under 10 days.
Do you travel?
Absolutely. We photograph weddings all over Southern California and beyond.

What if we have a very large family?
That’s common in Burbank, especially with Armenian and Hispanic celebrations. We’re used to big groups and keep the formal photos organized and efficient so no one gets tired or stressed.

Do you understand Armenian wedding traditions and energy?
Yes. We’ve photographed many Armenian weddings in Burbank, Glendale, La Crescenta and even in Santa Clarita and other surrounding areas. We’re comfortable with the scale, the emotion, the dancing, and the multi-generational nature of the day.
