Base fee for portrait/engagement sessions (up to 5 people including the photographer): $1,200 for a 3-hour session (still photos only).
Additional people or longer sessions may incur higher fees.
Golf cart (highly recommended for covering the large grounds): +$250.
Videographer (one person, one camera): +$250.
Restrictions: No tripods, no extra lighting or flash in certain areas. Sessions must be booked at least 30 days in advance and no more than 6 months out.
Wedding ceremonies start around $40,000–$50,000+ depending on the tier; full ceremony + reception packages begin at $150,000.
Important Note: All professional/posed photography requires a permit through their Filming & Photography department. Casual personal snapshots with your phone are generally allowed during public hours, but anything planned with a professional photographer needs approval.
