What is the parking like at the Maxwell House?
It is just down the street. The last time we shot there it was raining so that made it a tough day for the guests.
How big is the reception area?
Although it does look big on the outside, the interior space can be much smaller. Keep the guest count lower here or you will be sitting on top of each other... 50-60 guests tops.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 6–12 months out, but it never hurts to check your date as soon as you know you are ready.
How can I visit the location to see it?
We highly recommend you walk this venue to ensure it is great fit for you.
When should we do our ceremony there?
Lighting is everything. We have seen ceremonies on the outside patio area and inside next to the staircase. Lighting wise, we would recommend you to it outside or have your ceremony elsewhere and just use this as your reception location. It's a more intimate location.

Can I hire a DJ from other than what is on their approved list?
Apparently not any more. We are not aware of their current list of approved DJ's. If DJ Kara is on the list, get her if you can!
