Why Our Pricing Feels Different
This is what we do full time — not something we squeeze in around another job while hoping for a few big weddings a year. Most weeks we’re photographing and filming 2–3 events, from small and intimate to big and multi-generational. Because this is our actual career, we show up ready, focused, and fully present every single time
We price things based on what you need, not on trying to push the total higher. Our approach is pretty straightforward (some people call it refreshingly simple). Whether you want photography only or photography plus video, the structure stays clear. We don’t inflate one option just to make the other look like a bargain. The value is already there.
Here’s something else that matters to us: we give you every image we capture. Not just a “best of” selection of a few hundred. Your day is full of small, meaningful moments — especially with parents and older family members — that only become more precious over time. We’d rather you have twenty photos of those people than two or three. Honestly, picking the “best” five versions of a moment takes longer than just editing them all… so we edit them all and hand them over.
You get the full story of your day, not someone else’s heavily
filtered version of it.
We’ve been doing this for more than twenty years and have hundreds of real reviews from couples. Tom has had one of his early wedding's flower girls as a bride now!

A Helpful Note Before You Book Anyone Else
One of the most important things you can do when choosing a wedding photographer is look past the quoted price and understand exactly who will be there on your day.
We’ve spoken with couples who received very low quotes for full photo and video coverage, only to later discover it was a single person attempting to do both jobs, with limited experience, and a history of delayed or incomplete delivery. In some cases the company name had been changed multiple times, making older reviews harder to find.
If a quote feels significantly lower than others, it’s worth asking a few clear questions: Who exactly will be photographing and filming? Is this their company or is that company simply hiring a person with a camera. How long have they been doing weddings full time? Can you see recent, verifiable reviews under the current business name and full day weddings that look real and not two models hired to make it unreal?

Tom was amazing, kind, and HILARIOUS. He made us both laugh non stop during our photoshoot. We had rented a car for our shoot and the company owner was present during the shoot. That person was extremely rude and almost ruined our moment.. we eloped and didn't have any pictures so this was basically our once in a life time wedding memories and Tom did not let this guy ruin our day. Tom made us forget how rude the other guy was and we enjoyed our wedding shoot together and laughed so much! Thanks for the laughs and memories and the great photos, Tom! Oh, and the photos were suppose to be ready in about 4-5 days since he was busy with other bookings. Nope, he got right to work and sent them the next morning and they were BEAUTIFUL!

1. What areas do you serve?
We’re based in the Los Angeles area (Arcadia/Pasadena) and cover all of Southern California, including Orange County, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Diego, and beyond without travel fees.
On full-day packages, we charge no travel fees anywhere in the continental US (Hawaii to New York included). For international or farther destinations, we can discuss custom arrangements—just ask!
2. What’s included in your packages?
All packages include: Professional photography (or videography) coverage
All images/videos are edited
Online gallery for viewing and downloading 1 year hosting is free!
Full-resolution files with print rights and no watermarks
Quick turnaround: Photos in 10 days or less (5 days on most weddings); video in 2 months
See our pricing page for half-day ($1,495–$1,995) details, including options for two photographers/videographers. In California, full-day is $1,995–$2,995 because we add a second photographer. Out of state, full-day is $2,499.
3. Do you offer second shooters or assistants?
Yes! Adding a second photographer (or videographer) is easy and recommended for fuller coverage. It’s included in our top packages or available as an add-on ($800 for 6-8 hours). This captures more angles, candid moments, and details without missing anything.
4. Can you customize packages for my event?
Absolutely—every wedding or event is unique! We’re happy to tailor coverage for elopements, intimate ceremonies, large receptions, multi-day events, destination weddings, or non-traditional setups. Use our pricing calculator above for a quick estimate, then message us for a custom quote. No hidden fees—we only charge for what you need.
5. How far in advance should I book?
Prime dates (May–October Saturdays, especially fall 2026) book quickly—many fill 12–18 months out. We’re currently booking early 2028 dates, with some October 2026 Saturdays still available. Contact us ASAP to check your date and secure it!
6. What’s your photography style?
We specialize in timeless, candid, photojournalistic photography—capturing real emotions, natural moments, and joyful energy without stiff posing. We keep things relaxed and fun while ensuring we get all the key shots (portraits, details, group photos). Check our galleries for examples from real couples' weddings.
7. Do you provide videography too?
Yes! We offer standalone videography packages ($1,495–$1,995) with drone coverage, multi-camera setups for ceremonies/speeches, highlight reels (4–7 minutes), and RAW footage/audio included. We can bundle photo + video for seamless coordination.
8. How do I get sneak peeks or final delivery?
We deliver sneak peeks (a handful of standout shots) often the same night or next day. Full edited galleries arrive via private online link—downloadable, shareable, and print-ready in under 10 days!
9. What if my event is smaller or shorter?
Our half-day packages are perfect for elopements, micro-weddings, ceremonies only, or shorter events. We’re flexible—let’s chat about your timeline and guest count.
10. How do payments and contracts work?
We require a deposit to hold your date (typically 25–50%, depending on package). The balance is due closer to the event. We provide a clear contract outlining everything—no surprises. We accept major payments methods (ask for details).
11. What happens if something comes up (e.g., illness)?
We have backup plans and trusted second shooters/associates ready. In 23+ years, we’ve never missed a wedding.

Put in your budget, let us know how many hours are needed if you know, and we will provide you the most we can do with that budget and keep you at or under it. We might add an engagement session in that quote and you can deselect it if you don't want one or already did one, so you have full control. NO ONE ELSE CAN DO THIS.
