Working with Tom and his team was an absolute dream from start to finish! We booked LAdigitalPhoto to capture a family reunion over the holidays. I live in Austin,Texas and didn't know where to start, but thankfully I found LAdigitalPhoto on Bark. Booking was a super easy and stress-free process, plus Tom was accommodating on our preferred time and location. He met us on Christmas Eve! We had 17 people in our group and lots of little kiddos, which can be a little hectic, but Tom was super patient and kind to work with. I also really appreciated that he was efficient and kept everything moving. All of the logistics were fantastic AND truly the photos were so beautiful!! Tom was able to show us the pics on his app immediately which totally impressed all of us. He captured our family perfectly, he is super talented and amazing! Thank you Tom and team!

I lucked out finding Tom Keene as my wedding photographer. I happened to see his brochure in a bridal shop. I could tell even then he had a good eye. He did both our engagement pics & wedding photos. Even with our plans changing constantly due to the pandemic, he was very flexible. Our wedding was on Aug 1, 2020. We had 20 guests with a church ceremony, followed by a garden lunch. I received so many compliments on the photos. Some friends even thought we had the lunch at a venue, instead of my in-law's yard. Also, I wanted to mention that the turn-around time for edited photos is fast, around 1 week. You get all the digital images with the option to print with them or with whomever you want, i.e. Costco. As I'm going through all the photos to create my wedding album, I appreciate the little moments. These wedding photos will be memories that I will cherish for a lifetime.

Work Product: Tom is extremely efficient and has an excellent eye. You will not be disappointed with his work. He used a unique technology to share and edit photos in real-time that were absolutely stunning. He also took an incredible amount of photos. In addition, he was able to work quickly and take direction with very little advanced notice. I would 100% hire him again. Communication: When I chatted with Tom over Thumbtack he communicated very directly, frankly, and with little emotion. This was something I had to adjust to. On the wedding day, he was extremely funny and used humor to help my fiancé and I feel more comfortable. He is excellent at giving direction.

Tom did a great job capturing our engagement photos! He was great to work with. He got all the edited photos back to us in a timely manner and they turned out wonderful. You won’t be unhappy with his work. We can’t wait for him to capture our wedding next year.
