Instant Photo Sharing by Aircam.ai and LAdigitalPhoto.com

Updated: May 9, 2023

updated May 9, 2023 - big news and a huge bummer.! Aircam will cease to exist in its current form May 25, 2023!

So many of our clients and especially their guests are surprised by how fast we can share our work. Now, your edited photos are usually provided to you in under 10 days. Yes, 10 days!

But that's not what we are talking about in today's blog entry. LAdigitalPhoto, was proud to be selected with only a handful of other photographers nationwide to help with the design work and the process of sharing instant photos by Aircam. This was some 5 years ago and even today there are still only a few dozen who do what we do, in the world.

We have the ability to capture a photo, instantly upload it and have it download into your phone or anyone else's phone or computer within seconds. They don't even have to be in the area. Yep, they can be 1/2 way around the world.

Let's take a look at the photos below. A bridesmaid asked the groom to take a photo with her camera. So I had some fun and took a photo of that. It is part of the day the couple would have likely completely forgotten but we had just finished the couple's romantics so there was time to let them have some fun. The photo below that is the photo I shot of the moment from straight off the camera, no editing was done yet other either of the images shot here. The photo on her phone is still on her phone and so is ever shot I took. The couple will likely never see this photo and neither will their other friends and family.

Here are some fun facts about this event. It has no more than 25 guests. It was a 6 hour day and stared in Sierra Madre at St. Rita Catholic Church. It ended across the street from this location of the Pasadena City Hall at Alexander's Steak House. As of today, their instant gallery has 246 people who looked at it. Remember, only 25 were present. And they have viewed the 2089 photos captured in that six hours some 15,100 times. That means the 246 people looked at an average of 61 images as an individual photo. The bridesmaids photo is still on her phone and I know for sure 245 people who have not seen it. As of the time of this entry only 10 days have passed as their wedding was January 7, 2023. Here is their gallery for the edited images. Angela and Drew and here is the gallery of the instant photos

The image below is in its full size so be patient if you have a slow connection.

Most of our events have much higher interaction but for a small wedding this set some records. Why? The bride's family was not able to attend due to Covid restrictions in Taiwan. Only her father was able to leave since he had the needed Covid boosters. That means because of what we do, they were able to watch the entire day in real time as it happened and they were not even in the country.

We hope you will allow us to make your event day magical. Trust us, you and your guests will be amazed.

As of March 7, 2023 we were informed that Aircam may no longer be able to provide their service. We will do everything we can to keep it going since it is an amazing way to share in your event.

Latest update on Aircam. Effective May 25, 2023, our ability to share photos instantly as we have been doing now for 5 years will end. We do not know what will become. of Aircam, other than it is being sold, but we believe it is not going to use its tech in the way it is used now.
